1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items such as personal care products, intimate goods, and hygiene-related items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective or damaged.

3. Return Process

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at bubbygohelp@gmail.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email us with photos of the issue and your order details.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Health or hygiene products (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
